Supported Living Services Across The UK

Providing young people and vulnerable adults with a safe, supportive environment in which to live, grow, develop essential life skills and fulfil their potential.

Milestone YP exists to support young people, including young people who are particularly vulnerable or have learning disabilities, throughout that most important, transitional phase in their lives as they prepare for adulthood. We offer invaluable support that covers everything from managing finances to living both independently and with others, and creating opportunities for the future.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We believe in equal opportunities for all, regardless of race, religion, gender or sexual identity, and as such we treat everyone that walks through our doors with equal dignity, respect and enthusiasm. We deal with challenging behaviour appropriately and positively, and recognise that everyone has their own, unique talents that give each of us the potential to grow, learn, succeed and achieve.
WHY CHOOSE
MILESTONE YP

  • Day-to-day support with all aspects of our young people’s lives

  • We provide emergency placements for those who need urgent temporary rehousing

Redefining Your Journey Towards Adulthood

By combining person centred care and support, a passion to help and our all-inclusive milestone-based model, we serve you comfort and wellbeing on a platter.

WHAT WE OFFER

EMERGENCY PLACEMENTS

Accommodation can be provided on an EDT basis within a 24 hour period, pending assessment.

This service is for young people who are experiencing difficult or challenging circumstances in their current living environment. This could present itself as a threat to their personal safety, or could come as the result of their caregivers’ inability to provide adequate care at the present time.

We provide a warm, safe and welcoming space during this period, and will continue to do so until a return home becomes feasible, or until a planned, alternative placement becomes available. Please get in touch to enquire.
